DVA Telehealth Campaign 

Access to a gym is something every DVA Telehealth client should have.

EPA Health is proud to be the first company in Australia to privately pay for each and every DVA telehealth client to access a gym in their area.

 

Through our unique corporate partnerships, that include Goodlife, Zaps, Fitness First, Anytime Fitness and Club Lime just to name a few, you can now choose from over 1264 locations.

 

If there IS NOT a partner gym within 10kms of your postcode we are able offer a EPA Health Visa gift card up to $1,000 for a 12 month period instead* 

PLEASE NOTE: DVA does NOT pay for gym memberships of any kind, this is a privately funded initiative. 

Starting with a consultation where we outline your strengths, weaknesses and work/home environments, our team can assist in goal setting techniques to encourage accountability throughout the process. This usually involves motivational interviewing, where the clients come up with their own answers and goals, further cementing compliance and improved outcomes. 

 

At EPA Health, we understand how difficult it can be to get started, remove bad habits and increase your fitness – especially if you are also experiencing mental health issues. Our programs are tailored to make this process as encouraging as possible. We aim to stimulate positive thoughts, confidence and a sense of improved body image to help you through this process.

Nutrition & Diet Advice

Healthy eating is all about balance and keeping things simple.

It means filling your plate with plenty of fresh fruit and veg, choosing wholegrains like brown rice or wholemeal bread, and enjoying lean proteins such as chicken, fish, beans, or tofu.

 

Pairing this with regular exercise — whether it’s a morning walk, a swim at the local pool, or a quick gym session — helps keep your energy up and your body feeling strong.

 

It’s not about strict rules or cutting out everything you love, but making small, steady choices that support your wellbeing.

 

And of course, staying hydrated, especially on hot Aussie days, makes a big difference too.

In your journey to achieving better fitness and a healthier weight, accountability is imperative.
